Adie’s magic combination is that she has high expectations AND knows how to get the team there, never losing site of the most important person, the student. She worked directly with us and our kiddo all through summer to establish solid academic baselines and pathways. Then she built an entire playbook for our child. The playbook was child centered and individualized. She collaborated with me and our school team, creating a system that included accommodations, metrics and goals that could be scaled up as progress was made, and easy for the school team to implement. We have continued to work with Adie for several years and value her expertise and advice. She is our secret weapon when it comes to cracking the code on special education.
